This conference will promote the participation of Ph.D. students through the development of the following activities:

• Regular paper sessions for Ph.D. students: paper presentations from Ph.D. theses in advanced stages;
• Thesis outline sessions for Ph.D. students: outlines of Ph.D. theses or expected results of Ph.D. theses in early stages;
• Practical workshop on publications and scientific careers.
